What has your real estate done for you lately?
Concepts in RE-positioning, RE-purposing and RE-branding existing assets.

Beth Harmon-Vaughan, Principal and Director of the local Gensler architectural design firm, will provide world-class research and insight on successful ways of RePurposing existing commercial buildings in the Greater Phoenix area.  She will touch on issues of sustainability, revitalization of neighborhoods, increasing the value and extending the life of existing buildings.

Beth Harmon-Vaughan serves as office director in Gensler’s Phoenix office. Noteworthy projects include the Arizona Public Service DVO Building, Banner Health Office and Primary Data Center, and the Phoenix Convention Center. She holds a bachelor of arts and science from the University of Missouri at Columbia, and master’s degrees in marketing and business management from Webster University. Harmon-Vaughan is currently a Ph.D. candidate at Arizona State University College of Design.
